Jealousy
Jealousy they said is the root of evil. Sometimes it requires looking deep at what it really means to understand if one is actually jealous or not.
Jealousy as many would define it, is been defensive of a thing or person. Not wanting to share it or the person with anyone.
To others, they say it is the same thing as been envious. Something you admire but can't have is own by another person. That person becomes a problem to you not because he or she offended you but because he or she has something you want.
For another group of people, it is not about something they want. It is about a person been in a position they want or achieving a feet in life that they want, probably can't get to or it is not yet their time to get there.
All is jealous, my question before we carry on is; what is jealousy to you? In your own words what is jealousy?
So back to what I was saying, there is no way one would paint jealousy that makes it a good thing. The painful part is that jealousy is everywhere: Family, office, friends, you name it. Jealousy is there sitting in the conner.
I do not want to go into the causes or effects of jealousy, what I just want to draw our minds to is that people can be be jealous for the slightest reason and this can mar relationship, affect productivity and growth.
One way to avoid it is to be patient and always remember that you can be where you want to be and have whatever you want if you work hard.
