Where are you going to?


Travelling from Abakaliki to Lagos inspired me to write this. For some drivers whom I have travelled with, they spend 3hrs from Abakaliki to Onitsha, some 2hrs. Each of them using different routes, old road and new road. There are many routes to a particular place, we might not get to our destination at the same time, with the same speed, same type of engine, e.t.c
The truth is that we will all arrive. What matters is getting there in one piece although it varies for individuals.
Some might need to get there on time and taking a longer route is wasting their time.
Some might even decide to go by air, because of the comfort. Since they can not fly Abakaliki they will decide to drive to Enugu and from there fly to Lagos.
The truth is all these decisions are also dependent on different things, for example, money, knowing the shorter route, e.t.c
Where do you want to get to in life? What do you want to achieve? There are many ways to achieve it, the question is what can you afford? At what pace can you go?
Sit down and plan your route, remember to include option B and C.
